Returns & Exchanges

The company returns and exchanges goods of proper and improper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return and exchange

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the buyer's expense.

Return of goods of proper quality

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, you have the right to return or exchange provided that:

• the product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.;
• the product has fully retained its commercial presentation;
• the product is fully equipped, all tags, films, and factory markings are preserved.

Procedure for returning goods of proper quality:

• Contact us — call 0 800 30 23 23 or send an email to sales@barrel.ua with the subject line "Return or exchange of goods".
• Send the goods — to the address: Nova Poshta Branch No. 1, 12 Vystavkova St., village of Chubynske. Recipient's phone number — 0 800 30 23 23. Delivery services are paid by the buyer.
• Provide details — send the declaration number of the sent package and bank card number for a refund to email sales@barrel.ua or by phone 0 800 30 23 23.
• Receive funds or exchange — after receiving and inspecting the package, we refund funds to the bank card or send another product within 3–7 working days.

Return of goods of improper quality

We carefully check the goods before dispatch, but do not exclude the possibility of defects. If you received a defective item, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Procedure for returning goods of improper quality:

• Contact us — call 0 800 30 23 23 or send an email to sales@barrel.ua with the subject line "Return or exchange of goods".
• Send the goods — to the address: Nova Poshta Branch No. 1, 12 Vystavkova St., village of Chubynske. Recipient's phone number — 0 800 30 23 23. Delivery for returning defective goods is carried out at the seller's expense.
• Provide details — send the declaration number of the sent package and bank card number for a refund to email sales@barrel.ua.
• Receive funds or exchange — after receiving and inspecting the package, we refund funds to the bank card or send another product within 3–7 working days.

Exceptions

In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse to return or exchange goods of proper quality if they belong to categories according to the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
