Payment Methods

• Online payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment system during checkout on the website.
• Cash or card payment upon receipt at the delivery service branch or to the courier after inspecting the package (cash on delivery). The cash-on-delivery service fee is charged by the carrier "Nova Poshta" and is 2% + 20 UAH of the order total. This fee is not charged by the store and is paid by the recipient directly to the carrier upon receiving the parcel.
• Bank transfer to a current account (IBAN). After placing the order, you will receive an email with payment details. Goods are dispatched after the funds are credited to the account.

Shipping Terms and Delivery Times

• Dispatch is carried out by the Ukrainian logistics company "Nova Poshta" — to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier to the specified address.
• Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.
• Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched on the same day. Dispatch takes place on business days.
• Delivery times usually range from 1 to 3 business days from the moment of actual dispatch.
• Shipping costs are determined according to the carrier's tariffs depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. Payment is made by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified by promotion or special offer terms.
