Payment methods

Online payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment system when placing an order on the website.

Payment in cash or by card at the delivery service branch or to the courier after checking the parcel. The carrier may charge an additional fee for cash‑on‑delivery service.

Cashless payment to the current account (IBAN). After confirming the order, the manager will send an invoice or payment details. The goods are shipped after funds are credited to the account.

Delivery terms and conditions

Shipping is carried out by the Ukrainian logistics company “Nova Poshta” — to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier to the specified address. For international shipments, the Nova Global service is used, covering countries in Europe and worldwide.

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine — except for temporarily occupied territories; international shipments are also possible to countries where Nova Global operates.

Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from the moment the order is actually shipped.

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation and subject to product availability in stock.

The delivery cost is determined according to the carrier’s tariffs depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. The Buyer pays for delivery unless otherwise provided by promotions or special offers.

Inspection upon receipt and claims

Upon receiving the order at a “Nova Poshta” branch or from the courier, the Buyer must check the integrity of the packaging, absence of visible damage to the container, and compliance with the quantity and assortment of the order.

If damage or discrepancies are found, the Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance of the parcel and notify the Seller to resolve the situation.

If defects or quality discrepancies are discovered after receipt, the warranty and return conditions apply.
